The Darker the Better!

Everyone is looking for optimal health right! Trying to balance work, family, children and more…

SLEEP is key to operating at your best every day. Let us introduce to you shades that will eliminate light and darken the space for recovery sleep. Help your body identify that it is time for rest by creating the ideal environment.

Motorize your blinds for the utmost convenience. Have multiple blinds operating at the same time on 1 remote. Or choose a wireless control pad that can be placed on any wall in your room. For more details on motorized blinds go to

Light control is essential to minimizing sleep interruptions. As important is eliminating smartphone, tablets and tv lights, street lights and any noise.

Statistics show that 1 out or every 3 adults don’t get enough sleep. Sleep deficiency is directly associated with a number of health problems such as heart, blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, obesity and more.

Maximize your Shut Eye Time!

  1. The deeper the sleep, the better. Create an ambiance to encourage your body to rest and relax. Create an oasis that sets you up for the best sleep possible. Block out all artificial light and invest in room darkening window covering. For example honeycomb shades, roller shades, zebra blinds, shutters, etc.
  2. Keep to a Routine. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even if it’s different from your partner’s. (Try earplugs, an eye mask or a vibrating alarm clock.)
  3. Warm and Cozy. Make your bedroom neat and cozy. Get rid of anything that might distract you from sleep, such as the TV, bright lights, an uncomfortable bed, or warm temperatures. You sleep better if the temperature in the room is kept on the cool side. If you have insomnia and tend to watch the clock, turn the clock’s face out of view so you don’t worry about the time.
