In T.B.’s case, we took into consideration her modern rustic lighting decor, dark cabinetry and chrome hardware, light colored and neutral floor tiles, back splash, grey tone paint and rich/warm granite counter coloring, etc. Being able to physically see these elements allow us to ensure the window coverings complement the existing home decor and/or balance the look you are trying to achieve (i.e. the ‘wow’ factor, focal point, complimentary addition, etc.).
Solution
The panel track window covering solution was one of the first suggestions, as the client preferred the functional style of a window treatment moving from side-to-side, rather than up-and-down, or a product like shutters that would open up.
